Quality of Woolworths Goods is unacceptable

I bought a pair of black work shoes from Woolworths in Mainstream Centre, Hout Bay and they only lasted four weeks before the sole started coming off the bottom. I took them back and asked for a replacement as the shoes should have at least lasted a few months and not weeks.<br> I was met with blank looks and silence when the cashier did the transaction, no apology no nothing. I was made to feel as I was inconveniencing them by coming in to do a return and also had to stand around at the returns counter and go looking for a staff member as no one was at the counter.<br> Never the less I got my replacement shoes and it's been about four weeks and I am sitting with the same problem where the shoes are just falling apart. It is utterly ridiculous that the quality of Woolworths good has decreased so much over the years and the customer service has gotten just as bad.<br> <br> Woolworths needs to start pulling their socks up. Will never be supporting this company in the future.
