Quality of underwear and face cloths

being a woolies fanatic shopper im very disaponted in the quality panties and face cloths they sell. bought panties a few months back and face cloths i think 2 months back and the quality was pathetic. after washing the panties the lastic came loose...i had to throw all those panties away. added to that the face cloths were all slippery after only using it a week. I went to Dunns to replace the face cloths. I never returned the goods as im aware of the return policy on under wear, the face cloths issue i did not have time still to go to store. The service in store is also dropping lately and i picked up there there were some internal conflict amongs management and staff as managers are not shy to loudly discuss their issues infront of customers. Theres an old lady working there as a manager and she litterally followed the staff member to continue the juicy conversation and i litterally listened to them as the aisl are so close to eachother. Cashiers that were so friendly dont smile anymore - is it because of the conflict amongst staff - as a manager myself i know the importance of making sure that your customers should not be made aware of inhouse issues??????
