Quality of the product

Hi, I'm so disappointed on Saturday my boyfriend and I got some of your Naledi collection and hardly a week the chain that was about R100 and something went bronze and it gave me an irritating rash .I'm all about supporting local business but can we provide quality please?This is Woolworths we talking about here, we spent about R700 in total in the store on local brands to have an itchy rash later. Not impressed at all. I tried to send through a complaint via your website but it gave me errors and not submitting my request.
