Quality of roses from woolworths

This is my second experience with woolworths,where i bought flowers and it only lasted 2.5 days. Woolworths advertises that there flowers last a minimum of 5 days. With my most recent purchase,i bought a bunch of white and pink roses from woolworths flanders mall ,mt edgecombe. I bought it on the evening of the 13th of Feb 2020,and presented it to my wife on the morning of the 14th (for valentines). On the 15th of Feb,the roses had already started to dry up and wither. By the 16th,all the flowers even the leaves were all dead. It was a gift so i threw away the plastic and the label,and even the receipt,and i attempted to search in the bins,but it was too nasty to continue. I eventually found the receipt,but it was wet,and when i attempted to dry it,the ink got smudged all over. I have pics of the flowers and the damaged unreadable receipt,so i can send these if required. I paid R189.99 for these flowers,and was very dissapointed with the quality.
