Quality of lettuce

For several months Woolworths salad packs have been in decline and are losing market share. The Italian lettuce in particular is now a great disappointment. Previously the best on the market, without doubt, it has now seriously declined in quality. The leaves are all of the hard cos variety, and therefore unvaried, there is too much rocket in relation to lettuce, the inclusion of onions and parsley is totally unItalian, unnecessary and unhealthy, and the wet leaves cause swift decay. I strongly advise that this product be reviewed and restored to its former best. Other supermarket chains are now producing a more attractive product, and I think Woolworths will lose its market share if they don't act soon.
