Quality of kids Quilted lined boots

I bought my son YB Quilted lined boots on the 5th of May 2023 at Kwaggafontein Woolworths but today they all ripped it's as if they are a year or more old but my son only wore them twice since I bought them. I'm really disappointed with woolworths quality and them not responding to customer's complaints. I don't see myself purchasing anything from that store. If I could I would also include a picture of the boots. Woolworths 👎
