Quality of cake

Hello Peter...I'm so disappointed with the quality of the caramel and vanilla cake dated 27-28 May, I bought from Woolworth Maponya yesterday. The sponge of it is so dry and breaking and the icing is hard. I'm so disgusted don't think I'll be buying any of your cakes from now on. I'm so so disappointed.
