Quality levels are pathetic

I purchased a tray of lamb fore quarter towards the end of July 2020 from the Mall of Africa branch. I did not get around to forward my feedback until 2 weeks ago.

Upon opening the tray of meat, I noticed that the majority of it was all wastage. More than half of the meat had to be thrown away and was not suitable for consumption. There was more fat and inedible pieces which were hidden under. This is not the first time this has happened. I did complain about the quality before when I purchased meat from Woolies Centurion and yet I still shop at Woolies because I prefer quality and thought it would have improved. It seems quality is no longer a concern for Woolies.

I have the pictures as proof and I trust that you will endeavor to rectify this issue going forward. I would appreciate if my feedback can be passed on to the quality control department as this is very poor quality. I have sent 2 emails already with no response, hence me resorting to Hello Peter in the hope of getting some sort of feedback.
