Quality flaw in Country Road clothing

I bought two Country Road pants in various colors at Woolworths Durban Pavillion. When I wore one of the pants, I realized it did not fit well on my leg. One leg is stitched twisted outside and the other twisted within. When I returned back to Pretoria, I went to one of Woolworth's stores to complain, and they acknowledged the quality flaw in the trouser and exchanged it. I am quite dissatisfied with such an omission at such a high priced brand. I felt I'd been sold rejects purposely.
