Quality compromised

Am very disappointed with quality of one of your expansive shoes the soft & flexy David Jones. I bought a per on the 9th November not even a month but those shoes fills like have being wearing them for a year and i don't wear them everyday, they are not comfortable anymore, even thread are coming out. Now the problem is i bought them cash and i dnt have slip anymore. Am so disappointed.
