quality

<p>Just a comment that these days am getting more disappointments with woolies. I like their clothes especially shoes because I know they are big on quality. Somewhere in March bought their pumps and they already starting to open at the back and front and am not sure what happened to their quality. Because I also bought my mom similar pumps from Edgars and less but I tell you they still look new. Well there is nothing I can do about because I dont have the proof of purchase anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>That reminded me it was like a year back when I sent a complaint direct to them regarding the apples I bought, the big pack were few were spoilt, they never ever bordered to respond to my complaint and I just let it go. Still believe in them but hey am starting to change my behaviour towards them.</p> <p> </p> <p>So woolies please bring back the quality, please to keep us happy. like I said love woolies whole heartedly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
