Q'd 4 over an hr 4 chicken and still didn't get it

Q'd 4 over an hr 4 chicken and still didn't get it. They allow customer to Q for the Sun chckin special for over an hour just to get to the front of the Q and it's finished.You need to either make more chicken, restrict amount of checkens per customer or at least allocate what is available to the queing customers and make those that won't get any aware that they will need to wait another 1:30 or so.
