****py customer service!!!

I have never felt so insulted and disrespected as a customer. I buy from woolworths Cresta every morning but this morning was just a turn around for me,I doubt I'll ever purchase at this woolworths again. I was standing in line to by the pastry section and the lady literally skipped me and served a customer that just got there, I then asked her if she's really skipping me and serving her "sir" as she called him. The gentleman said she should serve me because I was there first she blatantly ignored both our requests and continued to serve her "sir". I voiced out my frustration and asked her if she's doing that because she feels he's more important than me. I then went to speak to the store manager and told her about the incident, I then asked the store manager if the lady at the pastry section did that because I am black like her or is it because I'm less significant. The store manager (Jessica) took my name and number. I wasn't there to ask for a loan or ask that lady to buy the stuff for me but I was there to spend my hard earned cash just like I do every morning! I DO NOT appreciate how I was treated as an every day customer as well as a human being! As if that wasn't enough, I had just received an sms from woolworths stating that my store card was ready for collection and as I went to collect it at the financial services section Zameka then told me that I need my ID or driver's license I then gave her a temporary driver's license and she said she can't accept it, I then asked if she needs to scan my Identification doc and he said no she just wants to see it then issue my card, I then asked if my temporary license isn't enough for her to see my ID number as well as full names and surname. She then said No... I'm just so peeved by this morning's experience, nothing like that has ever happened especially at a woolworths store. I go there every day because their food is great and also because they have excellent customer service but today just showed that some individuals there still have a shoprite mentality when it comes to customer services... I will make one promise though, I will take this higher up if this query is handled to my satisfaction!
