putting Woolworths staff to shame

This morning, Monday 10th August, I was getting some work trousers for my husband. I could only find one pair of the correct size. A young lady from GK retail Services, Surprise, offered her help as there was not a single member of Woolworths staff on the floor in the Men's department. She took me to the Country Road counter where 3 gentlemen said they couldn't help help me and we're not helpful at all when Surprise could not access the system. Only one of these men were dealing with a customer. Surprise then managed to find someone who gave her access to another computer where she found that there was not another pair at that store. Surprise went beyond her job and was so willing and helpful in comparison to the staff at the Country Road desk who were totally unhelpful and rude. A very poor reflection on Woolworths, especially at such a prestigious branch.
