Purged Account

I fell into arrears with all my accounts due to retrenchment and went under debt review. I have been making regular payments for the last six months and have actually overpaid. Woolworths now say my account has been \purged"and I must deal with Easton-Berry who deny receiving money from Hyphen PDA. They have not updated ITC and the debt is growing due to interest DESPITE BEING OVERPAID ALREADY.<br> <br> Nobody from Woolworths or Easton-Berry is slightly interested in resolving this issue. The Easton-Berry employees have been extremely unhelpful and rude - that's when I can actually understand the woman on the phone.<br> <br> I have had it with these people now - this is the last obstacle to completely clearing my name and it's a ridiculously small amount - and I repeat: THEY HAVE BEEN OVERPAID!!!"""
