Pure Laziness

So I went to Woolworths Montana(Kolonnade Mall) on 28 March 2015 to an application for a secondary store card which was all good and faxed successfully through to your admin department. Yesterday I phones your call centre and they never received my application. The lady I spoke to was so laid back and said sorry we did not receive it and I need to do another application at the store. I went back to the store yesterday, the consultant phoned your call centre and and they started looking but no application. The lady from the store faxed it through again but a guy named Vuyo is still not receiving the application forms. She then emailed it to him after begging for the email address. Now I need to wait for another 3 weeks for the card. now that's pathetic service!! I did receive good service from the store but your call centre people is pathetic.
