Purchased a special for 3 items but only got 2.

Hi there<br> <br> I wanted to purchase the indian cook in sauce and indian naan and side order special for R50 on 25 March 2015.<br> <br> When at the store I realized that there was no side and asked the Woolworths staff what the side was and they informed me that it was a mistake and that there was no side so they rung up the other two items for R25 each thus making it R50. The next day i went to Blue Route Mall Woolworths where i saw the side order on their shelves and asked their manager about it and they said there was nothing that they could do, but that i should take a picture and then go back to fish hoek. I went back to fish hoek and spoke to them and they said there was nothing they could do, they couldnt organise with another branch for me to fetch one there or give me something else to the eqaul value of it which was R19.95.<br> <br> This is bad service as they **** to me and then didnt even try and help me. I want this sorted out ASAP and if needed i will send an email containing the slip and picture of the side order that i did not get.
