PUNISHMENT NOT REWARD

What a useless bunch &even more useless system! After 3weeks querying Y have not received rewards vouchers for a year brilliant IT department miraculously discovered there is no problem with communication between their service &my email- all of this after having told them that I receive way too may emails so I know there is no problem. What I want 2know is Y I am not receiving any vouchers. Obviously there is no answer, its all a load of hogwash &I hear people complaining constantly.Of late I have not used my card &when I comment tellers knowingly nod their heads. Apart from not receiving any rewards whole exercise of presenting card is quite tedious &inconvenient as it needs 2b given first while trying 2hold on2keys cell & bag. When this is done it needs 2b replaced close purse & bag while holding on2various paraphernalia & then unpack trolley. Once done one has 2repack trolley after first giving credit card/cash while bag & purse open &still trying 2hold on2keys cell etc. Now go back2other side of till 2put in pin. Y is such simple exercise made so hard when it cud all bdone@end?What is purpose for having2swipe in beginning when technology can quite easily link the transactions?
