Punished for making an early payment

<p>I usually make my payments after the 27th, but because I knew May was going to be a tough month for me, I paid my important accounts, Woolworths included earlier than the 27th.</p> <p>I askde the lady at Woolworths in Campus Square if I can make an early payment and she said "You can" .</p> <p>To my surprise I got an sms and phonecall from Collections saying my account is over due when I protested and asked if she is unable to see that a payment was made, she told me the problem is that I made the payment early.</p> <p>Not only that, but that my account is in arrears because I made an early payment. So I am punished for making an early payment, this is unacceptable!</p>
