Pthetic woolworths online service.

I placed an order (31/01/20) online on Friday for Saturday. Time of delivery was between 14h00 and 17h00. All instructions were clearly marked for their attention. I called Unathi and Lawrence (call centre agents) several times, and they assured me that the gift was delivered. No gift was delivered. Finally I got hold of the manager in Gateway(mr Morgan I think) who gave some rather lame excuses and he refused to get the gift delivered today(2 February) as there were no drivers. This store is so pathetic with regards to online deliveries. A big disappointment. They are not trustworthy!!! Rather use another company to do business with.
