Protection plan refund as I am not covered!

Hi I cannot express enough my level of disappointment regarding WOOLWORTHS. I have requested for my credit card protection plan to be canceled but WOOLWORTHS never did cancel and instead charged and refuses to refund me. As well this is very key for me because I have slightly been with my credit card payments meaning that WOOLWORTHS will not cover should anything happen to me BUT they charge me the protection plan. WHY should I pay for services I will not get should there be a need, I find totally unacceptable and a total ripoff that WOOLWORTHS does this. I have queried this WOOLWORTHS and requested for refund for the last 3 months WOOLWORTHS being being the ripoff of retailer they have refused to refund and tell me to call center which I did to no assistance after holding on and speaking to 3 different people and none of them could help. I want my money back!
