Proof of Payment

<p>My first email to Woolworths was on 29 July 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have yet to receive a response regarding my query.</p> <p> </p> <p>A payment was made to my Woolworths account on 26 July 2016 of R200.00</p> <p> </p> <p>The incorrect refererence was used. I emailed woolworths the proof of payment to trace and allocate the payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>My email apparently has not reached Woolworths even though I have a reference number - as per the call centre agent. I've emailed Woolworths several times thereafter and no joy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can somebody please help me find my payment?</p>
