Proof of payment

I made an eft payment of R1000 towards my account at the end of January 2016.The payment did not reflect and when I phoned Woolworthsead office in Cape Town they said I must email or fax my proof of payment which I both did on the 9th February.i faxed from Woolworths Lakeside Benoni.<br> <br> Up to now the payment does not still reflect and my emails are not being responded to
