Promised refund on incorrect returned item

Good day,<br> <br> I received a delivery on the 13/01/2016 my order number was o***. Upon receiving my delivery I noticed that I had received a 150g green beans instead of a 300g bag. I sent the beans back with the delivery guy and I called Gateway to ask for a refund on the Beans.<br> <br> The manager promised to process a refund. I have still yet to receive this refund.<br> <br> Please also look into the people doing the shopping for deliveries. To advise a mens deodorant is being replaced with something similar, and to send a ladies deodorant in its place, is not an adequate replacement!<br> <br>
