Professional and friendly service

I would like to compliment the call centre lady at woolworths. I phoned the call centre regarding statements etc I need to verify payments. Her name is Lauren. She was very professional and friendly and did not hesitate to answer my questions. Even though I thought it sounded strange? Job well done.
