Products unavailble due to poor ordering?

Below average. I love the honey nut latte grandes and get this regularly. I had to scale down since moving to the greenacres branch in pe. Not because i wanted to,but because there is always something. Start of the year there was no syrup for more than a month. I emailed you and the service has been atrocious. No feedback whatsoever despite numerous follow up mails. It seems client retention has gone out the door. Nevertheless i kept feeding my addiction when i could, know i g tht availability is often an issue with my favourite coffee. Today, no grande or tall cups. What are we doing about it? Sourcing it somewhere else? ETA?
