Products never available

Very disappointed with woolworthes food stores. I have visited 4 of the stores in my area they always out of stock of carb clever meals. I went online to purchase online but also not available online. I'm dissatisfied that woolworthes offers a product that u can't actually buy... I left my details at 2 woolworthes stores in east rand value retail and parkrand but no one has got back to me to advise if they have or will be getting stock. I would like the area manager to contact me and advise me on how I can purchase my items if I have driven to 4 different shops and tried online....
