As a dedicated patron of your brand, I am compelled to share my recent experience, which has left me quite disappointed. Recently, I purchased one of your Country Road glass drinking bottles, which features a silicone cover. Regrettably, the bottle emits a persistent unpleasant odor despite my best efforts to remedy the issue.

I have attempted various cleaning methods, including soaking the bottle in baking soda, yet the problem persists. Interestingly, the odor appears only when the bottle is sealed with liquid inside and re-emerges upon reopening.

Given the considerable investment I made in purchasing this bottle, I had anticipated a higher standard of quality. I am disheartened by this experience.
