product not in a good condition

i am out of words. this is the second time facing similar problem with a same product. i buy sparkling 12% fruit drink blend at woolies in ferndale village, randburg. the first 6 pack was expired and we had drunk 1 of the bottles. i took it back the manager apologized, today i bought another bottle and i cant even open it because the mouth of the bottle is broken.

i just cant take it. i have to drive back there just to take the bottle. how about my petrol my time and my energy. what if i gave this to my child who wouldn't care about the pieces of the bottle and drink them?.... do irritated
