Product exchange

<p>Hi </p> <p>I bought 3 pairs of shoes at Woolworths Brooklyn but one pair did not fit my daughter. I misplaced my receipt and went to Woolworths Brooklyn with tags still on the shoes to exchange to the correct size, but Lisbeth at customer service said the shoes are worth R105 from R260 original price, so I can change to anything to the value of R105. Because I do not have the receipt. Somebody please explain this to me. I have proof In terms of my bank statement.</p>
