Problems with Shoe Sole Again

To whom it may concern.

This is to send feedback on your Upper Leather Formal black shoes (***) I had bought at Woolworths in Sandton and got replaced as the sole was coming off.

I am yet experiencing the same with this man-made sole where it starts to detach between the sole layers again.

I am beginning to believe that all your shoes with this man made sole are not good quality as I have had no problem with other Woolworths shoes, be it Trenery, Country Road or David Jones on other designs.

This is my last resort to come forward and seek assistance from you in this regard.

The sole is not worn out or giving problems except for the sole layers detaching between the shoes

Please assist
