Problems with Credit card delivery

I have a black Woolworths Credit Card. For 2 months I was really bombarded with SMS's to fetch my credit card in Pretoria. As I work in JHB, I asked if my wife can pick it up. They said they will deliver it to my office. I had all the required documents including Short term insurance contract as all my other documents is in my wife's name as she does all the admin in our house. The courier didn't want to accept this. ABSA and Woolworths can now close my account, as I get much better service at FNB Private Banking.
