Problem with Woolworths financial services

Problem with Woolworths financial services. Change my bank details beginning of last month. They still debited the old bank account. Tried contacting via WhatsApp just no response. Tried calling wasted time answering all the security questions then the phone just goes dead no one returns the call. What must I do to have the bank details changed
