Privacy concern

In the last 4 months ive been on endless calls with Woolworths HQ to send my credit card statements to my email address that I have provided on all calls that ive made instead of posing it to my home address. In the last 3 months ive been receiving my mail to my house and its been spatted around and opened, not once but twice. This is the main reason as to why I requested it to be emailed instead of posted, as I work during the day and is hardly ever home to receive my post. I feel that this is a major concern for me as its invading my privacy which is totally unacceptable and that is not what I signed up for nor agreed upon. I think that the people who has taken my calls/queries either needs to be trained to do their job properly or not be there at all .
