Preprepared food quality disappoints

We bought a disappointing lamb Shepherd's Pie at WW Canal Walk on 10 December. I logged a complaint about the quality via WW website and got a standardized response with promise to get back to me. To date, no further reaction. My concern is that the quality of the product should be scrutinized, and that WW do not appear to take customer complaints seriously or be paying much heed to quality of their stock. This creates an impression of not caring about their customers, or reputation of providing good quality, tasty pre prepared meals.
