PREORDERED SUITS FOR WEDDING PUT ON SALE???

I’m not one to complain, this is literally the first time I’ve put in a complaint! But I was very disappointed this week with Woolworths! Over 3 weeks ago I ordered 3 suits I needed for my wedding, due to the fact that I was told that there are in stock I bought 1 that was in store in the size that was needed. Keep in mind that I would not have bought the available suit in store if I was not ensured by the staff that I would receive the other 3 suits as well. So Saturday that just passed I went to Woolworths (Bloemfontein) to find out how far my suits are. They went to the back to look if they have maybe arrived and came back and told me that only 1 has arrived, it came in from PE. So they said they will follow up with a call and find out how far the other 2 suits are that have to come from Jhb, if I’m not mistaken it was ordered from Fourways, and they would call me by Monday morning.

They did however not call me back, so Monday afternoon I went to Woolworths Bloemfontein and after a long struggle trying to get hold of Woolworths Fourways was told by staff at Woolworths Bloemfontein that they don’t answer. So the lady that was helping me, looked on the system and saw that the suits were ordered but never sent!!! And because it’s one of the suits that are on sale for the week I was also told that the suits can’t be taken off the floor and sent to bloem and that suits will probably be sold due to the sale! This is unacceptable as I already ordered the suits three weeks ago and I was informed that it would be sent to Bloem. It was recommended by the staff member that I bring back the suit I had already bought for a refund because I won’t be getting the other suits as they were the last ones left in the sizes that I need!

I understand that it isn’t Woolworths Bloemfontein’s fault that the suits were not sent, as they had sent in the order and everything, but I put in the order 3 WEEKS AGO!!! And now I’m back at the start needing 4 suits! I would like to get a response as soon as possible and would like a solution on how this issue would be rectified.
