Positive attitude

I have been wanting to commend one of woolworths employee.she is at woolworths metlife mall.I am told that her name is Neliswa so they call her Nelly.She kerps that store warm by greeting each an every customer whenever she comes across with them.Her face is very warm while calm at the same time.I normally make laybyes in their store and heard her calling my name (Linda),I guess she saw it while they processing my laybyes because she never asked for my name.She is very welcoming and always willing to help with her down to earth attitude.May God bless her.
