POPI act violation.

I keep receiving smses for a Mrs SM Botha's account which is in arrears. I have emailed them and called them repeatedly requesting that my number be removed from this person's account. I am pretty sure this is a violation of the POPI act to keep my number when I have asked that it be removed. This is horrible service from a company I really haven't had any issues with before.
