I have not gotten any feedback on my complaint regarging the delivery of my package which is already a week late

Your customer service is completly lacking and your management seems *********** to solve this problem timiously

I have to contact you using my own data and airtime and wasting my time to update me several times this week.

I was made promises regarding the delivery of my package which was not honoured. I was even informed that one of the products i order became out of stock in the meantime after i had paid for it.

I use to be a loyal cusomer of woolies but your online delivery system is a complete mess.

I am highly dissapointed in the handling of the delivery of my package
