Poorly treated at woolies waterstone

Two weeks later still no reply from woolies waterstone in Somerset west. I do not think its right that they just take onces monies. Im a single parent of a 4yr old. I need my money I lost their gift card they refunded monies too and I requested them not to put it on the giftcard.
