Poorest service ever expierenced

On the evening of the 20th August I went to buy dinner at woolworths waterstone. I wanted the special but took 1 salad too many. I asked for a refund cause I only want 2 salads on promo, 1st was told I can't get cash back. Its in there policies I than asked the line controller at the tills to show me that policy cause one never get these refunds back in mu bank account. So she gave me a option with a give card and said she won't charge me for the 1 salad. All this happen just before closing time and I have my four year old toddler with me. I that rushed to woolworths somerset mall to see if they still have chicken available cause woolies waterstone was sold out. Unfortunately I got to somerset mall woolies just closed. Now on the 10 day of September I remembered that I still have this giftcard and thought of get myself some lunch got to the mall I was told i only have 0.82cents on my card. I thought thats wierd drove back to woolies waterstone got assist by Jenny Lombaard and she said ecplained all and luckily I could identify the line controller that assisted me the evening of the 20th August. Now jenny tells me that she need to send and email so the card coud traced on where it was used. I said ok just remembervi have than to drive back here from strand and its petrol. She called me little later to tell me that the pple working in that division work remotely from home. I got another call late the afternoon that she had not answer but they decide that I could come collect another giftcard cause they could trace the transaction that was done that evening and R106 was loaded on my card. I thanked her and said i would come on the 11 day of September. I could drive there specially to get the card. On the 16th day September my 4yr oldtoddler complained her is hungry I remember about the giftcard and I promised him the i will go get him food at woolies waterstone. I met with jenny lombaard she immediate assisted me cause my child was hungry and as she was busy she got a phone call. Was lengthy and now I stood there till she finished. Jenny lombaard than told me she can't give the card cause this card was used at gordons bay woolies. Than.I thought this should than.be the card that gift to.me by my boss months ago. I than told jenny I should have than lost the card I was given by you but that should not be a problem since you could trace the transaction that was done on the 20th August card you just trace the transactions was it used. She said NO. I felt like crying cause here i am with my toddler thats hungry what now. I had to ask my cousin to send us money just to not have him crying cause I can't buy him a ****in and just. I was so disappointed by woolworths and the person would told jenny lombaard that I should go look for that giftcard. N.Klaasen
