Poorer customer service

Goodday I bought quilted dreamer(sleepers) at Wolworths Menlyn on the 20th of December 2020. I only started to wear the sleepers on the 10th of January 2021 when I was admitted to hospital for labour. Few days later the sleepers lost their shape they were torn on the side and my husband took my receipt and the shoes to the nearest Woolworths in Mams mall...when he got to the store he was told to leave the sleepers and he will come collect them after 7 days they are going to take them somewhere... He called customer care and while he was busy on the phone with customer care the lady who was helping him called the security officers from the mall to escort him out of the store. The lady who was helping my husband has a bad attitude and poor customer service. Kind regards Zanele Mathebula
