Poor woolwroths customer service and quality control ontrol

I purchased 2 track pants from the cresta Woolworths store last week and though they were marked LARGE waist size, they were I'll-fitting. I returned them the following day, and measured them with another similar LARGE size from the rack and discovered that the original purchases waist were narrower by about an inch. It seems there's poor quality control. I complained to their customer service, and the person that responded advised me to return and /or exchange them as per their policy. Her response was nonchalant and indifferent and didn't seem to take my issue seriously. I'm disappointed with Woolworths customer service attitude & Q.C., as it was inconvenient to go back to the store and endeavor to resolve my problem on my own accord.
