Poor Woolworths online shopping experience

I'm surprised by the poor online shopping experience with Woolworths! I can only order items that are in the store to the Woolworths closest to your suburb, which should mean delivery would be far more efficient. The order is set to be delivered almost 2 weeks from when I placed my order. Mind boggled by this, considering Woolworths is outstanding in other areas.
