Poor Woolworths Delivery Service!!

On the 10/03/2023 I made an online order for two Levi Polo shirts. Up to now it haven't been delivered. Wednesday I received a SMS that my order is out for deliver and between getting calls from Woolworths and the delivery driver, Still No Delivery and what really makes my angry is that I got my monthly statement and the shirts has already been charge to my account. Is this the type of service Woolworths is putting out now?
