Poor, unprofessional delivery service

Yesterday, I ordered online using Woolworths dash. My order was supposed to be delivered by 5pm. I received a cellphone notification that the order had been delivered when it hadn’t yet been.

I contacted the call centre and after a lot of back and forth it turns out that a driver incorrectly delivered my order to someone else. A second driver then arrived at my house and explained that my order was incorrectly delivered to another family by the first driver (apparently that driver had had a few drinks) and he just came back from that family to retrieve/salvage my order.

So I was shown my order which had already been opened, some of the items were missing and I was asked if I could take this partial order and they would come back tomorrow with the rest of my order. I refused to accept that order as I found it very disrespectful and unprofessional.

It’s 11am (the next day) and no one has contacted me regarding what is happening with my order. This is despite me also sending an email with pictures of what transpired yesterday.

I’m actually lost for words at the service that I’m receiving from Woolworths and how they’ve wasted my time and money. I’ve paid for a service and have received nothing in return.
