Poor turnaround time

If you want your time wasted apply for a woolworths credit card online. I have been waiting for their response ever since the 2nd October 22. Called the customer service for financial services all they said was my application is being processed, but the turnaround time on their website is 48hrs. I never thought i would receive such a poor surprise from woolworths.
