Poor Telephone Etiquette

On Wednesday I went to Westgate mall Woolworths to purchase school clothing for my daughter I was assisted by Maneo.. She was so helpful by assisting me, unfortunately they didn't have my daughter's size in Grey 2 pack school trousers and she had to call other stores. She called jabulani mall Woolworths and was placed on hold for almost 45 min while I was waiting with her. I decided to call myself where a lady by the name of Manapo answered I explained to her that her colleague is trying to get assistance and they not helping her she rep**** by saying"so what must she do it's not her problem" I was left shocked by her response and angry...

Please call your staff in line some of us might not working at woolworths but kindness and respect goes along way
