Poor show

Woolworths won’t sell you plastic bags as they seem to care about the environment but continue to package so much in plastic that is not recyclable. They lag behind other retailers in this area badly. Also their online deliveries are very unreliable. Sent two gifts with drivers calling not understanding where to deliver and one parcel had a key item missing. Sent a complaint to their customer service department and never heard a word!
