Poor Show

September 2014 I purchased R2k worth of EDT from BR store .. It took the greater part of 3 months before I decided to 'open and use' my CK bottle which cost R1315 - CK Sheer beauty is not my regular EDT as I found it quite strong. I keep all my perfume in a closed cupboard and a couple of months later I reused my bottle only to see that the level was dropping substantially. I then realized after awhile ( not using my Sheer Beauty more than once or twice in a month) that there was a problem with the sprayer and each time I had sprayed the liquid ran out the back of my bottle. I took the bottle into BR and was told the CK Rep would need to look into it, at that stage the the bottle was around just above the half way level. I then returned to the store a week later as no-one had called me to follow up and decided to stop in as the person I handed my bottle to was not in. My annoyance comes from arriving that day in your BR store and 'bumping' into the rep who herself confirmed that the nozzle sprayer was indeed faulty and that she would take it back to HO and send through a voucher.
